A partir del inicio del torneo, cada equipo podr\u00e1 realizar un cambio adicional en caso de sospecha de traumatismo craneoencef\u00e1lico o conmoci\u00f3n cerebral, sum\u00e1ndose a los cinco cambios ya permitidos por el reglamento oficial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta decisi\u00f3n, orientada a salvaguardar la salud de los futbolistas, se implementar\u00e1 de manera inmediata. Si se sospecha que un jugador ha sufrido una conmoci\u00f3n, el equipo podr\u00e1 realizar una sustituci\u00f3n adicional notificando al \u00e1rbitro principal o al cuarto \u00e1rbitro.
