Bajo la direcci\u00f3n de Agust\u00edn Lozano, presidente de la FPF, y con el liderazgo de Jos\u00e9 Guillermo del Solar, se lanz\u00f3 esta iniciativa en 2023 para identificar talentos tanto en el Per\u00fa como en el extranjero. Su objetivo es nutrir a las selecciones menores con los mejores jugadores, asegurando una base s\u00f3lida para el futuro de la selecci\u00f3n nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Sub 15 que competir\u00e1 en el Sudamericano de Bolivia ya cuenta con seis jugadores que han sido descubiertos a trav\u00e9s de este proyecto. Entre ellos se destacan Adam James (Universitario), Gerson Castillo (Sporting Cristal) y Jefferson Hurtado (Alianza Lima), junto a los internacionales Sean Gormley (Inter Miami), Nathan S\u00e1nchez (Sevilla), y Nicol\u00e1s Cairo (Sassuolo).
